Microbiology, Metabolites and Biotechnology (MMB), is an open-access double-blind peer-reviewed publication that is published by Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST).  It is scientifically sponsored by Iranian Biotechnology Society. MBB (the former ARMMT) is a Semiannual publication covering the fields of microbiology and biotechnology as listed in Journal Scope, dealing with applied solutions for the present challenges in Health, Medicine, Environment, Agriculture, Nutrition, Industry, Soil, Water, Air, Climate change, etc. MMB publishes the original research papers, short communications, review articles, conceptual papers and letters to the editor. MMB follows of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards by ethical laws. All submissions to MMB are checked by a plagiarism software checker (iThenticate) before being processed for peer review.
